Evol: Absolute Charm
Kiro's Evol ability gives him enhanced charisma. People are automatically drawn to Kiro and his bright, optimistic personality. As a result, there is virtually no bad press surrounding him or his career. His fans are very dedicated, and in turn he cares a great deal about his fans. However, when his Evol goes out of control, his fanbase becomes enamored to the point of obsession and people begin to fight amongst themselves, creating a dangerous situation for Kiro and those who supported him.
There is a more potent use for his Evol, as well, which Kiro rarely uses. When his eyes glow gold, he can issue a command to another person, leaving them no choice but to obey his order. This ability can even be used against other Evolvers, as seen when he orders the girl to close the door behind her and continue to the top of the Loveland TV Tower to finish what she set out to do. Her body moved on its own, and all she could do was cry silent tears as she shut the door on Kiro, leaving him to his fate.
Despite how powerful his Evol is, it is possible to summon the power and will to fight against it, which is seen later by the girl herself, and her determination not to forget about him.
